1. Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice) Nerul

- Handle student queries through chat platforms and digital communication channels.
- Follow up with leads and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student communication.

2. Counselor / Sales Executive – Nerul & Kharghar

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

3. Program Coordinator – Kharghar

- Coordinate with students, faculty, and internal teams.
- Manage academic and administrative activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of department operations.

4. Outreach / Business Development Executive – Nerul & Kharghar





- Generate and manage leads through outreach activities.
- Build relationships with students, institutions, and partners.
- Support admission and marketing initiatives.
