Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have solid troubleshooting skills and experience supporting Windows environments, desktops, laptops, peripherals, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.




- Perform user administration and troubleshooting in Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications, user accounts, and access-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot IT assets, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Handle software installation, configuration, patching, and updates.
- Create, update, and maintain IT support tickets and documentation.
