Overview

We are looking for a skilledDomestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical positions across the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to close niche tech roles within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handleend-to-end recruitmentforITroles (sourcing screening coordinating interviews offer negotiation).
- Source candidates throughNaukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates fortechnical skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Managejob postings, pipeline tracking, and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and drive the selection process.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.




- Build and manage atalent poolfor future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics likeTAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Ensure adherence to company recruitment processes and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0 - 4 years ofdomesticITrecruitmentexperience.
- Strong knowledge ofITskills, technologies, and market trends.
- Hands-on experience withATS tools, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing platforms Boolean Search, Permanent Hiring & C2H hiring .
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and stakeholder managementskills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple open positions at once.
