Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a proven track record in end-to-end technology hiring. The ideal candidate should possess solid sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple mandates while delivering quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and seniority levels.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other talent channels.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through offer closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT talent.
- Negotiate compensation, notice periods, and facilitate successful onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and ensure timely reporting.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.




- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining high quality and turnaround time.

Desired Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Recruitment, preferably with an Executive Search firm or Recruitment Consultancy.
- Strong expertise in sourcing technology professionals across Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, SAP, Testing, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, ERP, Digital, and Product Development.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Prior experience in BFSI technology hiring will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and consultative hiring skills.

Education
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
