We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 1–5 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing qualified IT professionals, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process through offer and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze IT job descriptions and client requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, notice period, location, compensation, and candidate interest.
- Shortlist and submit relevant profiles to clients/hiring managers.
- Coordinate technical and HR interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Track candidates from sourcing screening interview selection offer joining.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets and closure timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong database of IT professionals for future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.

- Data Engineering
- Cloud / DevOps
- SAP
- Salesforce
- ServiceNow
- QA / Testing
- Full Stack Development
- Strong experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search and keyword-based sourcing.
- Robust candidate screening and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work under targets and tight deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in contract, permanent, and C2H hiring.
- Experience working with IT services companies / staffing firms / recruitment agencies.
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment ATS/CRM tools.
- Experience working with US/UK/global recruitment is an advantage.
