Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Intune Administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, Device Lifecycle Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Endpoint Security. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in managing Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage Microsoft Intune environments.
- Configure and deploy device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
- Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.
- Implement and support Windows Autopilot deployments.
- Manage application deployment, updates, and patching through Intune.
- Configure Conditional Access and device compliance policies.
- Integrate and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) with Intune.
- Monitor endpoint health, security posture, and compliance reports.
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, policy deployment, and application-related issues.
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
