Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and supervise door-to-door waste collection activities.
- Coordinate with drivers and field workers for waste collection and transportation.
- Coordinate loading/unloading activities with drivers and workers.
- Guide and supervise workers at recycling/plant locations.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day field and waste management operations.
- Maintain coordination and operational discipline across assigned locations.
Compensation:
- Intern/Fresher Role: 15,000 – 20,000/month
- Full time Role: 20,000 – 30,000/month
