Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development from concept to execution.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.
- Handle design revisions, documentation, and drawing coordination.
- Guide junior architects and support project execution.
Candidate Requirements
- B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in architectural design and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM / SketchUp will be an advantage.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, factory, or interior fit-out projects preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
