Key Responsibilities

- Handle a mix of customer queries through text-based channels (Web Chat/Email) and occasional inbound/outbound voice calls.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary services or up-sell premium features during customer interactions to enhance the overall customer experience and drive revenue growth.

- Excellent written communication skills (grammar, sentence structure, and typing speed).
- Solid verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Only complete work from office
