Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their concerns in a timely and qualified manner.

- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.

- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process.

- Excellent communication skills in English language for effective interaction with customers.

- Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
- Location: Chandivali, Mumbai

LOB: Inbound / Outbound Retention / Sales

- Eligibility:
- Graduation Mandatory
- Minimum 6 Months Experience
- Excellent English Communication
- Age: Up to 35 Years
- Flexible with all LOBs after training

- Working: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Shifts:

Male: 8 AM 12 AM

Female: 7 AM 8 PM

- Salary – Voice Process:

- 6 Months Exp: 2.96 LPA | 19K In-hand
- 1+ Year Exp: 3.31 LPA | 23K In-hand
