Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter Non-IT to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for non-IT positions across our organization and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT / Engineering / Construction / Manufacturing positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project teams.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Support bulk hiring and project/site manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Experience in Construction / Engineering / Manufacturing recruitment will be preferred.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Willingness to travel to project/site locations when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in blue-collar, white-collar, engineering, construction, MEP, manufacturing, or project-site recruitment will be preferred.
