Position: International Caller
Location: Marol Naka, Mumbai
Team: GEM (Give Every Month)
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Weekly Off: Sunday
Shift Timings
- Female Employees: Fixed Shift 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Male Employees: Rotational Shifts 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night) / 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day)
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with international donors through outbound calls.
- Introduce and explain the GEM (Give Every Month) program.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective donors.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging donor experience.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken English and robust communication skills.
- Confident in interacting with international audiences over phone calls.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the assigned shift schedule.
- Prior experience in an international voice process or international calling will be an added advantage.
