We're looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects coordinating contractors, tracking timelines, and ensuring work on site matches design intent and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities across carpentry, civil, electrical, painting, and false ceiling work
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams to keep work aligned with project schedules
- Read and interpret working drawings, elevations, and BOQs; ensure execution matches design specs
- Monitor material delivery, usage, and wastage on site
- Conduct quality checks at each stage and flag deviations to the design/project team
- Maintain daily progress reports, site photos, and documentation for internal tracking
- Ensure safety practices are followed on site
- Liaise between the design team and site staff to resolve on-ground execution issues
- Support snag-listing and handover processes at project closure
Requirements
- 1–2.5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out or construction projects
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- Working knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution sequencing
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Word for reporting; AutoCAD familiarity is a plus
- Solid on-ground coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel between active sites in and around Coimbatore
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
