JD - Insurance Executive

Position: Insurance Executive

Reporting to: CFO

Location: Head Office, Current Delhi

Responsibilities

Manage and administer the company's corporate insurance policies and requirements.

Must have hands-on experience in:

Group Corporate Mediclaim Policy

Group Accidental Insurance

Property Insurance

Assets Insurance

Able to negotiate with insurance companies for the best rates for the company

Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, amendments, and other policy-related requirements.

Handle and coordinate insurance claims, including documentation, submission, follow-up and settlement.

Act as the internal point of contact for employees and departments for insurance-related queries and issues.

Maintain complete and updated records of all insurance policies, claims, renewals and related documents.

Ensure timely renewal of policies and avoid any lapse in coverage.





Coordinate with Finance, HR, Administration and other internal departments regarding insurance matters.

Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable insurance requirements, company policies and regulations.

Eligibility / Criteria

Age: 35-45 years

Experience: 10-20 years

Qualification: Graduate (Any)

Salary: 7-8 LPA

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

Only candidates with associated with Corporates will be considered.

Must have practical experience handling corporate insurance policies and claims from the company's side.

Experience in handling GMC/GPA and general insurance requirements is mandatory.

Candidate should have strong documentation, coordination, negotiation, follow-up and communication skills.
