About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR recruiter with 2-5 years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while meeting business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Negotiate compensation and manage the offer process.

- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill,



source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

- Enhance employer branding initiatives and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on recruitment planning and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2 - 5years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

- Experience hiring across technical, non-technical, or corporate roles.

- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
