Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, mass mailing, and end-to-end recruitment.

- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.

- Negotiate salaries with selected candidates to secure the best possible offer.

- Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.

- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding candidate progress and status updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.

- B.Tech (Computers) degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.

- Robust understanding of sourcing strategies including job posting creation on popular job portals like Naukri.com, Shine.com etc., LinkedIn recruiter tools like Easy apply & Apply now features.
