Minimum 1 year of experience, either in the same/relevant function or preferably from a relevant industry background.

- Education: Minimum 70% throughout academics.
- Institute: College/university should preferably fall within the Top 100 NIRF ranking.

Key Focus The primary focus of this role is to manage end-to-end talent acquisition across non-IT technical or corporate functions for niche positions across IT Infrastructure, System Integration, Structured Cabling, Data Center, ELV, AV, ICT or similar industry. Experience hiring for such roles like Design, BIM, AutoCAD, Network Infrastructure - Projects, Supply Chain Management, Safety, etc roles. through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
2. Understand hiring requirements by closely partnering with Business Heads/Hiring Managers.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, referrals, social media and other sourcing channels.
4. Conduct HR screening to evaluate technical relevance, communication skills, stability, notice period, compensation and overall fitment.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring timely feedback from stakeholders.
6. Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations and joining formalities. 7. Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and recurring positions. 8. Conduct market mapping and competitor research for strategic hiring. 9. Coordinate with recruitment consultants and ensure quality profile submissions.
7. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics.
8. Ensure hiring targets are achieved within agreed TAT and quality parameters.
9. Drive employer branding, campus hiring and employee referral initiatives whenever required.
