Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for RCM and Healthcare BPO positions.

- Handle volume hiring requirements while ensuring quality candidate delivery within defined timelines.

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview scheduling.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain a positive candidate experience.

- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.

- Track and manage recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratio, and joining conversion.

- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and candidate records.

- Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and build talent pipelines.

- Support onboarding activities and ensure seamless candidate joining.
