Role & responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

- Negotiate salary and discuss job offers.

- Manage the joining and onboarding process.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.

- Ensure recruitment follows company policies and employment laws.

- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Good knowledge of sourcing, screening,



and interviewing candidates.

- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valuable negotiation and candidate-management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Positive attitude, skilled approach, and ability to work in a team.

- Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment may also be considered.
