- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.

- Source and attract top talent through bulk hiring, campus hiring, and sourcing strategies.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with job requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

- Ensure timely filling of open positions by identifying potential candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in HR Recruitment or related field.
