Job Responsibilities

- Source and recruit Healthcare Professionals for hospitals and medical institutions.
- Understand hospital requirements, including specialization, experience, location, salary and joining requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, references, job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions regarding job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between doctors and hospitals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
