About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR MIS Executive to manage HR data, generate reports, and support decision-making through accurate workforce analytics. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidential employee information while supporting HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR MIS & Reporting

- Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Generate recruitment, onboarding, attrition, attendance, and manpower reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR databases and trackers.
- Create dashboards and presentations for management review.

Data Management

- Maintain employee records and HR databases with complete accuracy.
- Monitor and track key HR metrics and workforce trends.
- Analyze HR data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure timely updating of employee information in HRMS and other systems.

Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain confidential employee records and documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.




- Support HR audits and documentation requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and HR reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
- Good knowledge of HRMS and database management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1 to 4 years of experience in HR MIS, HR Operations, Recruitment MIS, or HR Analytics.
- Experience in BPO, Shared Services, BFSI, or Corporate HR environment preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, Google Sheets, or advanced reporting tools.
- Experience with HRMS platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Darwinbox, Keka, or similar systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
