We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer interactions for international clients, understanding their concerns, providing appropriate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Work Location: Sutherland, 5th Floor, Liberty Tower, Near Reliable Plaza, Airoli East, Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive, professional and empathetic approach.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and company policies.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Good listening and comprehension skills.
- Robust customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to process requirements.
- BPO, customer service or international voice experience will be an added advantage.
