Role & responsibilities

- Handle end to end policy servicing for Life and Annuities International Insurance for insurance products by processing endorsements renewals cancellations and reinstatements with strong attention to detail and service quality standards.
- Manage customer service interactions through phone and written channels by clarifying policy details resolving queries and documenting outcomes to support accurate and transparent communication.
- Process agent set up requests by validating documentation updating agent master data and ensuring correct mapping to hierarchies and commission structures to support compliant distribution operations.
- Resolve complex policy servicing cases by researching coverage history coordinating with internal teams and proposing transparent solutions that reduce repeat contacts and improve customer confidence.




- Maintain accurate records of policy and agent servicing actions in core systems by performing timely updates and cross checks to minimize errors and rework.
- Adhere to defined night shift schedules in a work from office model by being available for high volume servicing windows and collaborating with cross functional colleagues in real time.

Preferred candidate profile Graduation is compulsory.

Please note candidates should have experience in policy servicing for Life and Annuities or Property and Casualty International Insurance process to apply for this role.
