Freshers

- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Experienced Candidates
- 10th qualification and above can apply only with EXP
- 1 year & above experience in Technical Support / Technical Voice
- Technical background is mandatory
- International voice experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
We are looking for skilled Technical Support Voice professionals to provide technical assistance and support to customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Guide customers through problem-solving steps
- Provide technical assistance and support over voice
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance user satisfaction
