Role & responsibilities

- Generate and qualify business leads through LinkedIn, online portals, databases, and social media.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and current business opportunities.

- Perform cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

- Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records.

- Understand prospect requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.

- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.

- Track daily lead generation activities and performance.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business targets.

- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the lead-generation process.

- Work towards assigned lead generation and business development targets.

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate in any discipline.

- Freshers and candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation can apply.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

- Interest in Business Development, Sales, and Lead Generation.

- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.

- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office.

- Good research and analytical skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

- Candidates with prior B2B lead generation experience will have an added advantage.
