Responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and support for patients and attendants visiting the Emergency Department. The role involves facilitating admissions, coordinating clinical services, addressing patient concerns, and enhancing the overall patient experience in a rapid-paced emergency care environment

.Key Responsibilities

- Receive and assist patients and attendants arriving at the Emergency Department.
- Coordinate emergency admissions, registrations, and bed allocations.
- Act as a liaison between patients, attendants, doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, billing, and other departments.
- Guide patients and families regarding hospital policies, procedures, and available services.
- Facilitate timely completion of investigations, procedures, and consultations.
- Assist in obtaining consent forms and required documentation.
- Address patient and attendant queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Monitor patient flow within the Emergency Department and ensure efficient coordination.
- Support patient transfers and discharge processes.




- Maintain departmental records and prepare reports as required.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Contribute to patient satisfaction and service excellence initiatives.

Qualifications
- Graduate / BHM / MHM / BBA / MBA / MHA.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in hospital operations, patient relations, admissions, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered.

Experience
- 1 to 4 years of experience in hospitals, emergency services, front office, admissions, or patient care coordination.
- Experience in an Emergency Department will be an added advantage.
