- Accurately document customer conversations and update records in the system.

- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory.

- Fluent communication skills in Bengali and decent English/Hindi.

- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable working in rotational/odd-hour shifts.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
