Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, Distillation Units, Filters, and allied systems.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR, and EHS guidelines during all production activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, logbooks, and production records.
- Achieve product quality, yield, productivity, and batch completion targets.
- Handle raw material dispensing, sampling, in-process checks, and final product handling.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and support resolution of process and equipment-related issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and compliant work environment.
