Role & responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Work on leads assigned through the relevant channel (see Lead Sourcing by Channel below) to convert them into business.
- Acquire new clients and generate quality business revenue in line with assigned targets.
- Actively cross-sell / up-sell products to existing customers by identifying their evolving needs.
- Service existing customers resolve queries and concerns while maintaining consistent business quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners or bank branch staff, depending on channel.
- Exercise due diligence to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
- Maintain the highest standards of business quality and adhere to the compliance framework at all times.
- Be willing to be mobile and work across locations inside bangalore as required.
Education & Experience
- Overall experience range: 0 - 5 years.
- Graduate freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with a B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA background must have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience to be considered.
- Experience in customer-facing roles in any industry is preferred; prior experience in the life insurance industry is not mandatory.
- Candidates who are willing to be mobile and work across locations inside bangalore will be preferred.
