- Handle breakdown maintenance of assembly line equipment such as conveyors, Auto Screw Machines, Jigs & Fixtures, Shrink Wrap Machines, etc.

- Ensure minimum downtime through quick troubleshooting and effective root cause analysis (RCA)

- Execute and monitor Preventive & Predictive Maintenance activities

- Coordinate closely with production team for smooth line operations

- Lead and manage maintenance technicians during shift operations

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance SOPs

- Maintain daily maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and PM records

- Monitor KPIs like MTTR, MTBF, OEE and drive improvements

- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, Lean

- Monitor and maintain critical spare parts inventory

- Support line balancing activities and identify bottlenecks to improve overall productivity

- Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) standards and proper handling of sensitive electronic components

- Support Recent Product Introduction (NPI/NPD) activities including machine readiness, line setup, and jig/fixture validation
