Job Summary

Firstsource is hiring International Chat Support Executives for its Brookfield, Bangalore location. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, solid customer service orientation, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently through chat support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Maintain chat quality standards and meet productivity targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong comprehension and typing skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.




- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online support tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
