Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls.
- Responsible for resolving the queries of investment products, investment options, financial market, updates in capital market.
- Identify customers needs on every requirement with quick response time.
- Handle the complaints and enquiries of customers.
- Responsible to handle Continuous interaction with the clients to identify their requirements and provide trading/hedging solutions through existing product gamut.
Preferred candidate profile
- Should have Excellent communication, writing, typing & presentation skills.
- Positive knowledge of Share market, financial trends, equity derivate, Options trading
- NISM 8 Certified
