- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Python applications and backend services.
- Lead development of REST APIs and Microservices using Python.
- Drive technical design and contribute to solution architecture.
- Review existing systems and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding and architectural standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions.
- Apply strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers.
- Guide teams on development standards, best practices, and engineering processes.
- Participate in system design and technical decision-making.
