Jobworld India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. We are hiring candidates with 6 months to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment who are passionate about talent acquisition and sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and evaluate technical/functional suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate trackers and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Required Skills
- 6 Months to 5 Years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced recruitment environment.
- Candidates with experience in IT Staffing / Contract Staffing / Permanent Hiring will be preferred.
