Next Education is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Compliance & Operations Executive to join our HR team in Hyderabad.

If you have hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, statutory compliance, HR operations and payroll coordination, this opportunity is for you!

Position Details

Role: HR Compliance & Operations Executive

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Qualification: Graduate in HR / Commerce / Business Administration or relevant discipline

Salary: 2 LPA 3.5 LPA

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Interview Mode: Walk-In

Walk-In Days: Tuesday to Saturday

Time: 3:00 PM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory compliances.
- Handle timely monthly, half-yearly and annual statutory returns/filings.
- Ensure accurate PF/ESIC data, contributions, challans and statutory records.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation and statutory registrations.
- Handle attendance, leave, LOP and absence management.
- Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors for accurate statutory and payroll inputs.




- Address employee queries related to PF, ESIC, attendance and payroll.
- Maintain compliance trackers and records and ensure adherence to statutory deadlines.
- Support statutory audits, inspections and other compliance requirements.

Desired Skills

- Hands-on experience in PF & ESIC compliance and statutory filings.
- Valuable knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
- Experience in HR Operations, onboarding and attendance management.
- Strong MS Excel, documentation, follow-up and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work within strict timelines.
