Mandatory Pointers:

Key Responsibilities

- Own the forecasting and AOP cycle for an assigned business unit/geography template design, consolidation, scenario analysis, and submission to Group Finance.
- Drive variance analysis and business commentary for senior stakeholders,



identifying key drivers and risks/opportunities.
- Prepare long-range/strategic plans and business cases (ROI/IRR) for new services, Capex, and investments in coordination with business teams.
- Own preparation of management reporting packs (Power BI/Microsoft Office Suite) and KPI dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide business-partnering support to hospital/BU leadership on performance analysis and decision support.
- Support treasury-related activities — periodic cash-flow forecasting and data inputs to Group Treasury.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning templates, automation, and reporting efficiency.
- Guide and review the work of junior associates on data consolidation and reporting.

Experience & Domain Expertise

- 8+ years of experience in F&A; operations, with strong hands-on expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis processes, including exception/query resolution and reconciliations.
- Experience in the hospital / healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and robust knowledge of Power BI and ERP/HIS reporting extracts (e.g., AFO, EPSi) used for planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Process documentation and control-review skills
- Root-cause analysis and problem-solving
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to guide/coach junior team members

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree mandatory; Chartered Accountant (CA) required. Candidates pursuing CA-Final with relevant experience may also be considered.
