Mancer Consulting Services is hiring Talent Acquisition Consultants to join our Recruitment team.

The role will involve handling both IT & Non-IT recruitment mandates, offering an opportunity to work across diverse industries and functions.

TA Consultant IT & Non-IT Recruitment

Female Candidates Only

Experience: 1-3 Years

Industry Background: Recruitment / Staffing / Executive Search / Recruitment Consulting

Location: South Delhi

Work Mode: Hybrid 2 Days WFO

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT mandates.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across IT & Non-IT functions.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer closures with candidates and clients.




- Achieve recruitment targets and adhere to defined SLA/TAT.

• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and regular hiring updates.

Candidate Profile Mandatory: Prior experience in Recruitment Firms / Staffing / RPO / Executive Search / Recruitment Consulting.

Hands-on experience in both IT & Non-IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

Strong communication skills.

Target-oriented with a focus on recruitment closures.

Ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced setting.
