- 6+ years of overall hands-on experience in development role especially in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support.
- 4+ years of direct, in-depth experience with Automation Anywhere A360, including bot development, Design, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Should have positive knowledge of SQL as well as writing complex queries and stored procedures.
- Should Have experience in Document Automation.
- Experience working with custom and built-in queues, specifically Workload Management Queues.
- Preferably should have certifications from Automation Anywhere • Ability to design, develop, test, and optimize automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360) • Skilled in designing automated solutions aligned with enterprise-level best practices, architecture standards,



and design principles.
- Experience assisting documenting solution design specifications.
- Ability to build and test automation workflows, including unit and integration testing.
- Troubleshooting abilities to analyse and resolve automation software issues.
- Experience of participating in solution design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
- Should have Agentic Automation certification in Automation Anywhere A360 and preferably working on APA use case implementation.
