Role Overview

HDFC Life is looking for customer-focused and result-oriented professionals to join the Direct Channel Loyalty & BCSS team.

The role involves working on company-provided leads, connecting with customers, scheduling meetings, and generating business through a direct B2C (Business-to-Customer) sales model.

- Key Responsibilities Work on leads provided by the company and make calls to assigned customer leads.

Understand customer requirements and explain suitable insurance solutions.

Schedule and conduct customer meetings.

Generate business through direct customer interaction and sales.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships and follow up with prospective customers.

Convert leads into business and achieve assigned sales and business objectives.





Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Work in a direct B2C model with no intermediary between the business and customer.

- Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, BFSI, NBFC, Banking or Insurance.

Graduation is mandatory.

Relevant field sales and customer-facing experience preferred.
