We are looking for a skilled Fire & Safety Design Engineer to join our team and handle the design and documentation of fire protection and fire alarm systems for various projects.

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare fire fighting and fire alarm system layouts using AutoCAD.
- Develop fire protection system drawings based on project requirements and applicable standards.
- Prepare sprinkler, hydrant, fire alarm, pump room and related fire safety drawings.
- Review architectural and MEP drawings and coordinate fire protection requirements.
- Prepare Fire NOC-related drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams for design clarifications and approvals.
- Review drawings and incorporate consultant/client comments.
- Assist in site inspections,



technical coordination and project-related documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable fire safety codes and project specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and fire protection systems.
- Knowledge of sprinkler, hydrant, fire alarm and fire pump systems.
- Understanding of relevant IS/NFPA fire safety standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in fire protection design will be an advantage.
