- 3+ years of experience in automotive plastic part design (preferably Auto lighting).
- Proficiency in CAD tools CATIA Solid and Surface modelling DFM, DFM, Materials and Manufacturing process awareness
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes and tooling design.
- Familiarity with GD&T; and tolerance analysis.
- Robust understanding of automotive lighting regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly principles to optimize tooling and reduce production complexity.
