Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain project data, daily reports, attendance and site records.

- Prepare BOQ, RA Bills, measurements and material statements in Excel.

- Prepare letters, reports, invoices and other project documents.

- Maintain soft copies and hard copies of project records.

- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and office staff.

- Assist in tender, billing and maintenance documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 35 years of experience as a Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator (Construction Work)

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PDF and Internet.

- Knowledge of civil construction billing/BOQ will be an advantage.

- Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.

- Candidates with experience in construction or maintenance projects preferred.
