1. CNC VMC / HMC Milling Operator & Setter

- Experience Required: 210 Years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma

- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, set-up, and troubleshoot 3, 4, and 5-axis VMC/HMC milling machines.
- Execute part prove-outs and apply basic programming on Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls.
- Select optimal cutting tools and parameters specifically for aerospace materials.
- Interpret complex technical drawings using robust GD&T; and inspection/measuring techniques.

2. CNC - Turning & Turn-Mill Operator & Setter

- Experience Required: 210 Years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma

- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle CNC turning and turn-mill operations, machine set-up, and troubleshooting.
- Perform part prove-outs with basic programming on Fanuc and Siemens controls.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and parameters for aerospace-grade materials.
- Apply GD&T; principles, drawing interpretation, and quality inspection techniques.





3. Automation Engineer (Robotic and PLC)

- Experience Required: 25 Years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Robotics)

- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi) using Ladder Logic.
- Program, teach, and troubleshoot industrial robots (Fanuc, Universal Robots, ABB) and configure robot I/O and PLC communication.
- Manage industrial control components including HMI, SCADA, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and control panels.
- Execute electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and optimization for operator safety and reduced cycle times.
