- Operate CNC Turning machines/ CNC Lathes as per production drawings and process instructions.
- Perform machine setting, tool offset corrections, work offsets and basic parameter adjustments.
- Load and unload components and ensure proper job clamping and alignment.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and machining symbols.
- Select and use appropriate cutting tools, inserts,
holders and measuring instruments.
- Inspect components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary offset corrections to maintain dimensional accuracy.
Preferred: Candidates with experience machining precision components in Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Energy or high-precision engineering environments.
