Job Title: Collections Executive

Location: 3rd Floor, Ashirwad Towers, GE Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh fully in-office

Experience: 1–3 years | Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 per month

Role & responsibilities

- Call assigned overdue borrowers daily and follow up until payment is made or a firm commitment is recorded.
- Explain outstanding dues clearly — principal, interest, penal charges — and guide borrowers on how to pay.
- Record every call outcome, promise-to-pay date and borrower response in the system on the same day.
- Follow up on broken promises and escalate accounts that need field visits or legal notice to the Collections Lead.
- Meet daily and monthly targets on calls made, contacts connected, promises kept and amount recovered.
- Handle borrower objections and disputes calmly, and flag genuine hardship cases for settlement review.
- Work strictly within RBI fair practices and the Company's code of conduct — no threats, no abusive language, no calls outside permitted hours, no contact with unauthorised third parties.

Preferred candidate profile





- 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years in collections, recovery, telecalling or customer service; freshers with solid communication will be considered.
- Fluent in Hindi and Chhattisgarhi; basic English for system entries.
- Comfortable with a computer, mobile dialler and daily data entry.
- Persistent and thick-skinned, but polite — able to hold a firm conversation without losing temper.
- Based in Raipur or willing to relocate; available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
