KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (CNC SETTER CUM OPERATOR & PROGRAMMER)

- Set and operate VTL, VMC, HMC and HTC machines.
- Create, edit and modify CNC programs.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
- Tool setting, fixture setting and work offset correction.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Identify tool wear, machine problems and machining defects.
- Troubleshoot machining issues.
- Maintain production records and machine housekeeping.
- Follow quality, safety and 5S procedures.
- Support production targets and process improvements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2-10 years of relevant experience in CNC machining and production.





Experience in VTL / VMC / HMC / HTC machine operations and setting.

Experience in CNC programming for candidates applying for Programmer roles.

Relevant production supervision experience for Shift Incharge candidates.

QUALIFICATION

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering candidates can also apply.
- Relevant CNC machining experience required for operator and programmer positions.
- Shift Incharge candidates should have relevant CNC production supervision experience.
