Role & responsibilities

- Reach out to potential business customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn to generate leads

- Explain our telecom services (business phone systems, cloud calling, call-center solutions, SIP/VoIP) in simple terms

- Understand what each customer needs and suggest the right plan

- Follow up with leads and move them from first contact to closed deal

- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

- Keep lead and customer records up to date in the CRM

- Work with the technical team to get new customers onboarded smoothly

- Build long-term relationships with customers and find upselling opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers welcome, and 02 years of sales, telecalling, or customer support experience is a plus

- Any graduate; undergraduates with strong communication skills can also apply

- Good spoken English and Hindi is an added advantage

- Confident on calls,



comfortable talking to new people, and not afraid of rejection

- Target-driven, with a robust wish to grow in sales

- Basic computer skills (email, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)

- Willing to learn about telecom and technology (full training provided)

- Candidates from Vasai, Virar, Nalasopara, and nearby areas preferred
