Process: International Voice Process Inbound & Outbound

Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM

Working Days: 5 Days

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed

We are looking for a Business Growth Associate with excellent communication skills and experience in an International Voice Process.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with international customers and should have prior experience handling US, UK, or Canada-based processes, either in an inbound or outbound voice process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with US, UK, and Canada-based clients/customers.




- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement and communication.
- Achieve process and performance expectations.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Experience in US / UK / Canada processes is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good conversational English and skilled communication.
- Candidates with both Inbound or Outbound Voice Process experience can apply.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Both Male and Female candidates can apply.
