Role & responsibilities

Generate current business opportunities for Manpower Outsourcing and Staffing Services.

- Identify and target potential clients across industries such as MPO, IT/ITES, E commerce, BFSI, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, Telecom, and other sectors.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry connections.
- Identify organizations with bulk hiring and manpower requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand client manpower requirements, job profiles, hiring volumes, locations, and timelines.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain manpower outsourcing and staffing solutions.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, service agreements, and other business documents.
- Negotiate pricing,



commercial terms, service charges, and contractual requirements with clients.
- Coordinate with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and additional hiring requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging staffing opportunities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, recruitment teams, HR, and operations throughout the hiring process.
